 TERMS & CONDITIONS ..... The small print you need to read!

WHO CAN BOOK: Each cruise line has a different set of requirements. Active airline employees qualify for the discounts. Spouses, children under 21, parents, in-laws, and retirees of an airline that is currently in existence differ by line. Some cruise lines will accept cargo employees at the interline rate. Miltary rates are on request. Please visit our Who Qualifies? page for a complete list.  Club Med takes everyone!

HOW TO BOOK: Reservations can be made by phone or e-mail.

VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT: Qualifying interline personnel must email a copy of their company photo ID to A.B.Sea at the time of booking. Guests will be charged the standard market rate if proper documentation is not received within 48 hours of booking. Some cruise lines and Club Med require full payment at the time of booking along with proper ID.

PAYMENT: Credit card via phone, email, fax or on our secure Post A Payment page.

CRUISE CHANGES: Subject to cruise line policy. May differ by line. Once booked and paid in full any changes are considered a cancellation and rebook - penalties will apply.
CRUISE CANCELLATION POLICY: Subject to cruise line policy. May differ by line.

CLUB MED CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY: Club Med reservations are non-refundable. We can change the dates (based on availability) for a fee of $75 per person.

RESPONSIBILITY: A.B.Sea Interline Tours & Cruises, 50 Morris Ave., Branchville, NJ 07826 its employees and agents assume no responsibility nor liability whatsoever in connection with any injury damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or property you may incur before, during or after your trip due to an act of negligence of or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God.

Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or other causes beyond their personal control.

We cannot and do not control hotels, cruise lines, tour companies or other service providers that we market, or the activities engaged in by our clients or hotels, and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. A.B.Sea will not be held responsible for payment or refund for any unused accommodations, meals, or other services due to late arrival, early departure or any other reason for non-participation.

PASSPORTS & VISAS: Please note it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the countries being visited to see if a visa is required. Make sure your passport is current and valid for at least six months after the final date of your vacation. We are not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation nor for any expenses incurred due to denied boarding.

Why travel insurance is so important: In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your travel investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even a sudden sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. It is the passengers responcibility to look into and find a plan that works for them. Some credit cards include travel insurance if used as payment.
